The first two days and three rounds of the 2025 NFL draft have come and gone. While 102 players have been drafted, there are still some quality players waiting to hear their name called on the third and final day of the draft in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
One of those players is former FSU defensive tackle Joshua Farmer, who is looking to become the second Seminole drafted behind Azareye’h Thomas. Patrick Conn of Touchdown Wire ranked Farmer as the eighth-best player and top defensive lineman still on the board for Day 3 of the draft.
The 6-foot-3, 305-pounder can line up at several spots along the defensive line and can even get after the quarterback. His 4.0 sacks last season were tied for the team lead, a valuable trait from someone playing in the interior. He spent four seasons with FSU and finished his career with 80 tackles, 21.0 tackles for loss, 11.0 sacks, and one forced fumble.
The third day of the 2025 NFL draft is set to start at noon ET on Sunday and will include the fourth through seventh rounds. Another Seminole who could hear his name called is kicker Ryan Fitzgerald, who is among the top kickers in the draft.
