Malachi Moore was the fourth former Crimson Tide star drafted in the 2025 NFL draft, but Alabama did not have to wait long to hear the fifth selection, as the Denver Broncos drafted edge rusher Que Robinson with the 134th overall pick in the NFL Draft.
Robinson, a redshirt senior from the Crimson Tide, will join Pat Surtain II as Crimson Tide members in the Mile High City of Denver, Colorado.
Robinson played with phenomenal edge players at Alabama behind the likes of Will Anderson Jr., Dallas Turner, and Chris Braswell. Despite starting lower on the depth chart, Robinson stuck with the Crimson Tide and worked through the process under head coaches Nick Saban and Kalen DeBoer. In his three seasons contributing at Alabama, Robinson totaled 54 total tackles, six sacks, and one forced fumble for the Crimson Tide. He was an SEC Champion, making meaningful contributions to the Tide’s 2023 SEC championship run. The 6-foot-5, 241-pound senior is a native of Birmingham, Alabama.
Robinson was in the midst of a breakout season for the Crimson Tide before suffering a season-ending injury in Alabama’s 42-13 victory over the LSU Tigers on November 9. His best performance of the 2024 college football season came in Alabama’s 42-10 victory over the Wisconsin Badgers, where he totaled two tackles, one sack, one forced fumble, and one fumble recovery.
Congrats to Que Robinson on being drafted by the Denver Broncos!
